WHAT DO YOU DO IF THE COURT DECIDES YOUR CASE INCORRECTLY?
You have the right to appeal to the Arizona Court of Appeals if the trial court decides your case incorrectly. The trial court’s ruling does not have to be the end of your fight for justice.
The appellate court however, has its own rules, deadlines and standards. If you fail to comply, your appeal could be dismissed. Frankly, many attorneys do not practice in the appellate courts.
At R D SMITH LAW, we are very experienced in the appellate court. Roger D Smith began his career as a clerk for one of the judges on the Arizona Court of Appeals, and has handled many appellate proceedings.
If you are unhappy with the ruling in your case, it may be in your best interests to have your case reviewed by an attorney who practices in the appellate court. You do not have to accept an incorrect ruling without a fight.
R D SMITH LAW, Roger D. Smith, attorney, is ready, willing and experienced to guide you through the Appeal process.
